Hatred

Should we have hatred over someone who is unskilful and who uses violence and innocents' lives for his own benefits…. would that make us the same kind of people??

  1. no, it wouldn't. feelings of hatred are something which comes naturally – acting them out is a whole different story. and hatred doesn't necessarily fuel abuse either… hatred is a feeling, being capable of abusing money, power, people is rather the lack of feelings. hating someone has no benefits for the person who hates – as long as it remains a feeling and doesn't fuel an action, that is.

    just my 2 cents

  2. How many of us are troubled by feelings…. rather I would like to use the word perception, although the main stick for this is an impression is made by conditions… this impression stems feelings and it is these feeling that we crave, like, dislike and then really cling to them which ends in unsatisfactoriness…. And it is ignorance which drives us into these conditional action and thought which glorify ego…. (if you know what i mean)

Erm….yes, unless the person in question is called George Bush (snr. or jr., doesn't bother me)

  4. It could also be anyone else for that matter…. more importantly is one's perception…. don't you agree?
