Il y'a dix ans..

It was great to see Uncle LM. Even though it was just briefly. I enjoyed the conversations we had, reminds me of dad too.

Seeing him brings back so many memories especialy of childhood, he did his PHD in Seatle about 10 years ago.

I could still remember the excitement I felt when we received a video tape from the US. I could still remember watching the video of Uncle LM, Aunty MN and my 3 cousins life in Seatle. I could still remember the feeling like I was there too in Disneyland with my cousins when I watched it. I could still remember the countless time I watched the video with grandma. I could still remember grandma told me to study hard so one day I can go to university and have the privilege of education that she never had. Those very words I could still hear in my mind and has always been an inspiration.

Talking to him reminds me of the many uncles, aunties and cousins that I now hardly ever see but they have all in their own way shaped the person that I am now. For that I am ever so grateful.

Yesterday we had tea at Kenilworth. Abbey Fields is as lovely as always. Then a bit of walking around Leamington. Later, Stella kindly made us diner of crepes. It was really yummy. Rushed to watch Some Girls Are Larger Than Others at the theater. I swear I thought it was a comedy. It wasn't funny at all and I was looking forward to have a good laugh. What a disappointment. But it was actually quite interesting in its own dark and ironic way.

Today, we went to the transport museum, it was actually interesting to learn that Coventry is associated with all these development of bicycles and cars. Lunch at Weatherspoons was pretty good. Said good bye to Uncle LM. Don't know when I will see him again but I wish him all the best in the awesome work that he is doing at University Science Malaysia.

Tonight, Stella again kindly made me diner again. I know friends should not keep saying Thank You but je doit dis "Merci beaucoup pour tout" Watched a korean movie after that. It was a feel good movie and I love the saying from the movie..

Fate is building the bridge of chance for the one you Love.....
