Making friends

hey everyone, ive been here for almost two months, im from beijing,china, and i found it's kinda lonely to be this far from home, so im here for some new friends!!! im a current postgraduate student in warwick now, i like music, food and movies.

my favourite bands are The International Noise Conspiracy,the rapture,blond red head,bright eyes,Le tigre,The used,The Hives,Mooney suzuki,blood brothers,The make-up,Refused!!!motion city soundtrack!animal collective,the crimea,bonobo,xu wei…and and and so on!!!

Recipe of Tang cu pai gu.

1. Cut pork ribs into small pieces (About 4cm long each);
2. Put those ribs in boiled water till they'r almost cooked;
3. Take those ribs out of water,then put them into a bowl mix with a little kron flour, a little salt, a little kitchen win, one egg and a little water.
4. Stir-fry those mixed ribs ,then take it out of pan
5. After oil is hot, put some sugar and chinese vinegar in the pan
6. After the sugar liquefied and totally mixed with vinegar,put those stir-fried ribs in that pan again
