KNowledge management at work

Today we had the presentations in the KBAM module where we were to sell to M/S Wave riders our idea on Knowledge management and asset management. That was the easy part, I want to go back to work and see how can I sell the idea of Knowledge management to my team. It is an important aspect and I certainly want to implement it in my company. How should I start----------ideas are wanted.

  1. I think case studies could be the best way to see how they implemented, what the issues are, and what they gained(tangible or intangible) if I am not wrong Parminder, you are working in a steel company maybe case study of TATA could be useful which I added the link below. However TATA is a giant company, should be need to consider how KM can implement in a similar size company like yours. In order to start, attending some seminars or knowledge summit(link below) could be useful for knowledge awareness than maybe you can ask your team members to prepare 20min. presentation to you:)
