MP2 TSP Troubles

the TSP thing for MP2 is really annoying, especially the bit in excel…..can anyone figure how to make it work? ive thrown in all the x's, c's and u's, but i dont get proper binary solutions…what does one do?! is there a place in this for the stuff we did about y less than x less than My or somethin? I'm so confused by this :(
