5 out of 5 stars

Good movie, very different from many chinese films I've seen before. This one differs in that its not promoting the power of the sword. Tells the passion and plans of Emperor Qin (who united the states to create China), and how his ideals had made him a target for those who suffered under his rule. Definately worth watching – the visuals are amazing.

Btw I dont' think Jet Li was the Hero, "Broken Sword" was, he's the dude.

This was a good film, the best bit wasn't the beginning like a lot of films, it got better and better. It's a gladiator moment sniff.

  2. Broken Sword is an embodiment of the hero, Flying Snow is not, Jet Li's Nameless learns how to be a hero, while Emperor Qin observes and is moved by the hero that he sees in Nameless – he may or may not learn from this experience.

So in the end, Nameless is still a hero. There doesn't need to be just one hero.
