About coaching

it s so happy to finish my PMA. here i have some opinions about coaching

coaching, to me is quite effective because it can change u secrectly and u even dont realise---just like i was changed by LE, i think it s kind of coaching. the easiest way is to push or infuse other to accept the concept---just like what i experienced in high school. but to affect other unconsciously, i think it s an art, a charisma rather than a technic.

but i really doubt the time that we need to coach others. if u really want others be affected unconsciously, i think it might take a long time. just like u wanna affect some bad guys to be good. it seems possible if u always do good things in fromt of him and suddenly one day he becomes good. if he s bad from his gene, i think ur coaching is totally a fail,

so i think, start by coaching is good, but it s more correct to say 'coaching through the whole process'. by doing this it s more realistic and easier for us to write. lol...even, i think, for most of us, coaching is mystery and systematic, even we cant coach others now. so, i think, in the situation that Graeme didnt talk abt coach in detail, i think the easier way for us is coaching during the process, but not at the beginning.

just ssme viewpoints. write tomorrow

I’m starting to get a bit apprehensive about the group life coaching sessionsbecause my friend went last night and there was a group of men who started talking about involuntary erections. I’ve nevr been very comfortable about disclosing personal details about myself especially as this is going to be with a group of complete strangers. I’m seriously beginning to reconsider whether I want to put myself through all this. My friend was traumatised by it as well, she’s quite a private person when it comes to things like that – I will always remember walking out of “Women in Love” with her when we were about 16 (I think we may have lied about our age to get in) but I just remember it being too much for us to handle though she instigated the walk out I guess I may have endured the embarrassment. I suppose people go along to life coaching expecting to get different things out of it.

I guess I thought it would be more women orientated. Another thing that cropped up was “traits that belie your gender”. I find that a very interesting subject. I have one quite predominant one in that I don’t like gossip.

My daughter has taken this trait to the endth degree and I absolutely love her for it. As well as all the other things that are unique about her, not just as far as her gender is concerned. That’s another thing “life coaching” gives you, you are allowed to acknowledge the traits in yourself that you like.
