[Skip to the latest comment]Might have made a better pic if the nearest lighter and the one in best focus (the red one) were to be actually lit for the photo. All it would have taken is someone off screen to the left with a single finger in view depressing the ignition. The finger wouldn't have diluted the essence of the image too much, and the flame would have added an "icing on the cake" so to speak.
Don't mean to be so critical. Still good though!

I think it's a great shot. Doesn't need to be lit. Seems more 'real' when it's not.

I like it but I think the focus is lost too quickly as you progress from the red lighter.

No, i like that, the detail on the 'business' part of the lighter, and then the fade into nothing

I agree with Andy – a little more depth of field might have been nice, or maybe just putting the lighters closer together.

Interesting thought! They are actually blu-tac'ed to the wall, so this was the natural orientation… but I could have arranged them on a table.
