I've been worrying alot lately, which has been hindering my productivity and negatively influencing my mood. The thing about worrying is that it doesn't help anyone, in fact it could be quite a destructive force that causes harm and no good at all. I say 'could be' because i think a little bit of worrying once in a while keep us on the edge of what we are doing and probably is a positive thing.
Think of a past experince that you were worried about; you either succeded anyways, so the worrying feelings were a waste of time and energy, or you failed, so you ended up feeling worst, not only because you lost but because you spent the whole time worrying over something that wasn't going to happen anyways.
I guess, we all agree on this, but practice is so much different! right? wrong! it doesn't have to be; if you belive it make it real, especially if you know it's all in your head, for this I invite you to play this little mind game: "make everything O.K. and it will be O.K." you are wlecome to try it. this is not about wishful thinking, this is abut reality; in reality, it doens't ,atter whether you worry over something or not, what matters is what you do about it. Pressing that button was your first action, now go on to the next....
