Cocktails
I have been provided with a fine assortment of spirits from the drinks cabinet to cater for my mother's posh dinner party this saturday but find myself at a loss when it comes to cocktail recipes. What are your tried and tested favourites? Leave recipes with the comments (especially if they include spirits off the list) and I will use them to experiment on all the guests.

My personal favourite involves a large bottle of Baileys and a glass.

You should Dolphin’s Foam
50 ml pina colada mix
50 ml Blue Curacao liqueur
Shake vigorously in a shaker with lots of ice. Strain into a glass, garnish with a red cherry, and serve.
... but anything with blue curacao is lovely =)

Try a Salty Dog.
35ml vodka
Grapefruit Juice
2tsp salt
Lime/lemon wedge
Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Nice.

rich
mix equal parts vodka, white rum, triple sec and peach schnapps. add the juice of a whole lime. shake with ice.
pour over ice, mix with lemonade to taste. garnish with lime.
