The end of Module 1(CBE)

Finally the first module is over.. we still have  PMA's to do. during this module i learned a lot about excellence and manager's role. i had a prior knowledge of benchmarking and IS0 9000 but i came to know about organizational learning and EFQM. why companies use these excellence models and what are the outcomes of such modules... we also had an external speaker who told us about the difference between ISO and EFQM which further polished my knowledge and learning. The best thing was that we were in groups and we had a lot of meeting in which we discussed the problems, their solutions and their implementation of ideas. The group was very supportive even though i feel ill on the submission day of the mini project of benchmark. they helped me out and we sorted out the problems. Paul was very very supportive all over the module time and helped us out when ever we needed him. his feed forward was always helpful for us and we gained alot of information and insipiration from his personal life and experiences.

I am looking forward to next module and will try to remember and implement the knowledge i learnt in this module.
