I don't know if its the past module working, but the lack of efficient knowledge management systems in places suddenly seems a lot more obvious to me now. At work, the possibilities to make good use exist. Highly skilled labour, it systems for knowledge storage and sharing, training facilities, great teamwork, good management. But absolutely no knowledge sharring between the various levels of the orgnisational hierachy. People don't talk. The culture of sharing and learning doesn't exist. Its such a shame. With a leadership driven change so many improvements could be made!
People do not talk but only work. . . . . It is the approach of traditional management i think. I have seen it and i have tried to fight it. .. . However i didn’t have the right knowledge to do it right back then. . . . .Now due to the “talking” in MBE i have. So what “talking” can provide to an organization is unbelievable. . . . . . . Let managers see that and prove that we are right in the future. Let demolish the hierarchy and create a process organization . . . It works better. . . . . . .
