Frolich Returns from the fight in Asphalt

Description:
Frolich returns home after the fight. One of the more expressioistic shots used in the film. The shadows, the claustrophobia of stairs and the bars with the hunched figure all speak of the transition from expressionist style into what would become classic thriller or film noir style.
