University of Warwick Professor gets CBE

Professor Jonathan Bate, Professor of Shakespeare and Renaissance Literature at the University of Warwick, has been awarded a CBE in this year’s Queen’s Birthday Honours list.

Jonathan is also the Director of the University's new CAPITAL Centre, a £4.5 million performance partnership between the University and the Royal Shakespeare Company.
