French referendum on the EU Constitution
The French go to the polls on Sunday 29th May to decide whether to accept the EU constitution.
The rest of Europe is following developments keenly as the result is likely to have profound effects on other referendum decisions.

The Times Good University Guide for 2005/6, published today Friday 27th of May 2005, has once again declared the University of Warwick to be the top university in the Midlands. This ranking is supported by the Guardian newspaper which last month also declared Warwick to be the top Midlands university.
