On Friday evening, at 6pm, Wind Orchestra Rehearsals begin!
As out website says, "The Wind Orchestra is a completely un-auditioned ensemble, welcoming wind, brass and percussion players of any ability."
So do come along. We are all nice people, WO is a laugh, and the Music Centre is a great place to be involved with throughout your university career!
See you there!

..is appearing to be the music centre.
I am spending almost all of my free time between lectures there. I believe that I will soon be strangled by Owen and all the temps who seem to be there randomly throughout the week.
This is not good.
Maybe when more courses start, it'll get more work and less free time. I think for the sake of all members of the music centre, that had better start soon!

And again, on the night of the Free concert, Atomic are having their first pub-crawl.
(For those of you who don't know, Atomic is the Chemistry Dept Society)
It's really annoying. Last year I almost missed the crawl, because I had only just finished playing in the Wind Orchestra part of the concert, then had to run to the bus stop.
Now, I think i'll be playing in the Wind and Symphony Orchestras, which means I will miss a lot more of the crawls.
Hopefully, I'll be able to find Atomic after the concert.
I've put up 54 of my 133 photos so far.
The rest will go up soon.

I have just realised that this night last year is when I managed to twist my ankle in the union! And because of that I was the first student from warwick uni to visit A&E last academic year!
It's just a shame that I am skint this year, so cannot go to the fresher's party thing tonight! Ah well, never mind.

And finally i return.
I've actually been here since Saturday, but some evil children in the local area had ripped out the phone line! It's positioned in a place that is easily accessible for them to get their hands round the wires! Grrrr!
The nice man from BT came round just now and fixed the line, so I finally have internet access at Uni. Hooray!
Now i'm back to broadband, expect some more frequent blogging!
