Sleeping man on a train: Bit of a dialectic! I’m not sure exactly where he’s going, or how far he’s gone, but I’m certain it won’t end well. In his mind he’s ahead of me though, for having dropped off in his seat he’ll presently wake as if a moment later, and all the time we shared together on the First Capital Connect London St Pancras to Bedford - calling at West Hampstead Thameslink, St Albans and Luton - will have never happened. As he sleeps, sweetfully void of sense, he stirs every now and again his shoeless left foot against the thigh of a rather agitated commuter opposite.
Should I wake him?
Check out that bit of belly through the crack in his shirt… Mind the gap. (*K’lunk!*)

WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?
Follow-up to It started with a cat from M.C. Foxall
AS IF TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY LAUCHING OF HER INTO THE BLOGOSPHERE, THE CAT HAS COME INTO THE ROOM, STEPPED ON MY KEYBOARD (SOMETHING HAS CHANGED), AND BURIED ITSELF UNDER THE DUVET.
It started with a cat

If it starts, it starts now - and so we start with that most simple of things, that most mundane of familiars; a cat.
This is my Cat. Her name is Violet, and she was born in Singapore. I don't know what type of cat it is, except perhaps to say that it is a friendly sort of cat. She is also very soft furred, yet disturbed easily by noise and wild movements. Gesticulating wildly at this cat will not help you make friends..
I am a final year student at Warwick and it will all get a bit too serious too soon. I suppose this is why it is good to start a blog. I realise when I leave in a few months time it will never be mine again, but maybe then it will be just that - words into nothing. Unimportant in the end, void of pretentiousness!
Tally ho!
