KBAM PMA Reflection – Bye to the last module, but not excellence
How should I say that at the most time of my life, I try to be more 'excellence'. When I was young, my parents told me how to manage sequence of things, like first you put the water on boiler, then you go do other thing, then you come back, you water is ready. Actually, the very basic thing left me soo much in my life. After I learn about lean, I found that most of my time, I try to find the flow ... A simple example is that, everyday I got up, I go the exact same processes, which is the one I modified sooo many times and the one I found most time-saving and excellence one. This is like my gene. So I guess this is always a right program for me.
I also remember when a famous writer in China say about Japan, he said that the japanese are exactly follow the process. For example, a wife tell a husband to change his suit and come back to talk to friends. However, when the man go back to the room to change, he loose his tie and then go directly taking off shirt and directly go taking off trousers and then go to bed.... This is funny, but it tells something.
I think the excellence and continous learning are the life-long major for us. Bye to be module, and hi to our excellence life.
