Proceedings
One of the conference proceedings I’ve been working on has just been published. It’s the third in the set of three collections of papers from the DIVERSE conferences (in the best tradition of geek culture, volume 1 is due out later this year and volume 2 next year)
DIVERSE is all about using visual technologies in learning and teaching, so this covers everything from popping a video on for a class to handheld learning
I arranged the papers into four themes:
Video and Multimedia-based Learning, Teaching & Assessment
Videoconferencing for education
Learning through the Creation of Video & Film
Comparative studies of (Learning) Technologies
Ref: Childs, M., Cuttle, C. and Riley, K. (2007) (eds) Proceedings of DIVERSE Conferences 2005 and 2006, Glasgow: Glasgow Caledonian University
If you want a copy, let me know.
