This is a great little program, but the line numbers don't line up for me. I'm using blackbox 0.7 as my window manager and Java 1.5. I am using the 'Sun' machines in DCS. I have e-mailed you a screenshot.

This is a "feature"; due to the way assumption boxes have been implemented in Swing I have found it very difficult to get the line numbers to align correctly with the corresponding line. It is unfortunate, but I hope it is not too much of a distraction.
