I didn’t know that Friday was a special day in China! What is mooncake made of? It sounds delicious.

  2. The mooncake is made by a special flour with a lot of condiments in it,such as nuts ,hawkthorn, vitellus and so on. It is the symbol of getting together!

Do you only eat it at this time of year? Is it a bit like Christmas Cake? (I don’t mean in taste, more in meaning)

  4. Yes, that’s true. People in China just eat mooncakes in Mid-autumn Day. Because the shape is round , just like the moon. And mooncakes is the symbol of all family members getting together. People share the mooncakes together. I really enjoy it every year, but I am too far away from home. I only recalled the taste and the feeling on that day.
