Beyond Google…Effective Academic Research
-
Want to get better results from your online searching?
- Want to find the most reliable and relevant information online?
- Want to learn how to more easily manage and organise your references?
- Want to gain credits for the Warwick Skills Certificate?
- Or maybe you’d like some relief from exam stresses, while getting a head start for next year?
You can achieve all of these by participating in the Beyond Google… Effective Academic Research module later this term, 1-5 pm on Monday 1st and 8th June 2009.
Aimed at meeting the research needs of undergraduates, previous attendees have said:

“The module was really useful and enjoyable; very enlightening. It helped me to discover millions of databases and how to use them effectively.” - undergraduate student (History)
