DFSS and Business Excellence

During the study week I have deeply analysed how DFSS supports and helps organizations in the path for business excellence. There is an important point That I want to highlight, and it is that although Business Excellence has different elements and various components, there are a wide range of tools that can be used to achieve quality and so on excellence.

Moreover, excellence is more than quality, and DFSS focuses not just on the statistical quality tools. It goes further, generates learning environment, has a system approach, focuses on customer satisfaction and off course generates innovation by developing a wide range of statistical tools. At the end, it is a good process which reduces costs generates effectiveness and brings a great value towards business excellence.
