Yesterday I finally took some time to book my flight home online. No problem, seats were still available and at reasonable price, too. However, when I saw I still hadn't got any confirmation of my purchase in my mailbox half an hour later (which is quite long and unusual) and considering I actually got an error message when purchasing my ticket, I decided to enter my details once more- i.e. make a new booking.
And guess what happened?
Instead of paying 1200 kroner for that ticket I was debited twice the amount! Why? I made a double booking! Aaaargh….!
Need to get this sorted out….
