My Laptop has got a bug in it

Literally it has, honest.
I though my eyes were going funny at first but no there really is a little fly or something has somehowmanaged to work its way into the display and is merrily wandering around. It is very distracting.

Killer cat?

Just found two dead baby birds outside the backdoor. Either they were nesting under my eaves and not quite ready to fly, or Kelvin has been out hunting, in which case I'm quite glad he appears to have remembered not to bring them inside..
The suicide leap theory seems a little unlikely, though I did see a couple go splat on the pavement a few weeks ago in town.
