Tesco are taking the piss
I know people complain about christmas being promoted earlier every year but this is taking it too far. All the fresh bread in tesco this morning is packaged like this.

I wouldnt have bought it. Advent is the period leading up to Christmas. Therefore I never buy anything Christmassy at least until advent and much later in December if I can help it. If enough people refused to buy things like this at this time of year then they might stop being so stupid. I think the problem is that a large proportion of the public actually like Christmas arriving 3 months early.

When I’m supreme ruler of the Universe the use or display of Christmas themed items before December 1st will be prohibited.
Keep an eye on the discounted bakery section once the Christmas themed food goes on sale. I’ve seen stuff like chocolate yule logs complete with Merry Christmas written on them in there where the best before dates are earlier than December 25th.
