1. We got it too. Handily, our paper recycling bin is in the porch right next to the letterbox, so it went straight in there.

   What worries me is that there are people out there gullible enough to accept the provocative rubbish they put in their literature without being critical of the claims. What worries me more is that those people might actually go and vote.

2. Just found the interview with Nick Griffin's daughter

   It's a good indication of quite how little the far right care about the accuracy of their claims – when the interviewer pointed out the fact that most of the 'facts' she'd just recorded in a party political broadcast were directly contradicted by the latest census figures, she replied:

   'If that was true, I am sure my father would have told me,' she mutters. 'The Daily Mail seems sure that illegal immigration is causing terrible problems across the country
