Teresa is leaving

Teresa is stood in my office trying not to cry (again) We have just had champagne (not sparkling wine Gavin and Mike shame you weren't available to taste the difference!)
Teresas last act of proper work will be to short list for her replacement (she will of course have a guiding hand on her right shoulder as she does so)
