Dave Gorman, Googlewhack Adventure

Writing about web page http://www.davegorman.com/googlewhack/dggwa1.html

Another night of comedy for me tonight. The Warwick Arts Centre has done me proud so far this year, and it didn't disappoint tonight by bringing Dave Gorman's latest project to Warwick.

I imagine everyone will remember Dave Gorman for his brilliant Dave Gorman Collection. Googlewhack adventure is something in a very similar vain, an inspired, if accidental adventure, taking him 90,000 miles around the world in just a matter of weeks. Dave spent over a week in the sky during his 2 month long adventure. The reason....you'll have to read the book.

Dave's sheer enthusiasm, energy and passion are infectious, you can't help but will him on as he guides you hilariously through his journey of self-discovery. He's not really a tell a joke and a punchline type comedian, but instead gets you with the insane situations he manages to find himself in…he challenges the audience at the end as to whether they believe his story is true…no doubt some will believe it's a very clever yarn…but I can't help but believe him, sometimes truth is stranger than fiction.

Brilliant.
