Fahrenheit 911

Title:
Rating:
4 out of 5 stars

Finally got around to watching Fahrenheit 911 tonight.

I'm sure everyone has heard about it, and probably either loves or hates Michael Moore. If you agree with him or not, what can't be denied I think is that he makes a damn good documentary.

His latest documentary is incredibly provactive and moving. It's hard to think that 9/11 was almost 3 years ago now. He brings it all flooding back, reminding us of Bush & Co.'s constant changing of blame and direction.

I happen to generally agree with his analysis of Bush, 9/11 and the war in Iraq. However, I am not so blind not to see past some of his occasionally cheap tricks to get the viewer on his side. But hey, who doesn't spin now-a-days.

Although I hugely enjoyed watching this, it almost got a 3 stars rating actually because I felt the second half of the film really lost focus a bit and spent too long on Iraq and in interviews with soldiers. Apart from that though, great stuff.
