Design Choices Can Cripple a Website

Great article from A List Apart today all about how design changes could really surprise you with how they can affect peoples actions.

With a design change that looked good and showed more valuable content on the first page of a site, sales dropped by 50%. Moral of the story…don't just guess that your design changes are going to work…test it for real.
