gendered jobs and social change

this is a very wonderful book – no library is complete without it. It does not have good pictures though.

I heard the writer is a woman of considerable wisdom wit and judgement, and that she coined the term the 'bare foot guidance worker', but that's not all, she is a very good water colourist too, so I wonder if she is saving her pictures for a more limited edition with her own illustrations. What do others think?
