Machiavellian Leadership personality

The Machiavellian personality is something that expresses "I'll do anything necessary to achieve the objectives". So leaders with this tendency will manupulate others and try to induce them to think in that way. These were the behaviours of Kenneth Lay (founder of Enron), Jeffery Skilling (Enron's disgraced CEO).
