Leadership Quality

The past few days, arguement have been flying inside the group and even in class of what is the effective form of leadership... or even is this consider leadership.  After so many discussion, the one that struck me the most was the discussion about heart or head.  I really think that one side is never suitable for success but that head will always have to come first when it come to decision making because at the end logical is vital. 

Another aspect i want to reflect about is the about taking care of your worker in leadership.  Most of the definition considered influencing the team or person to make them work for us.  I really think its a really thin line between sincere leadership in order to achieve the goal together, or just acting as if the leader care to make them work for us.  I believe that this is one of the main point that decide between effective leader and ineffective ones.  As long as a leader is sincere and does not take advantage of their followers, this would create a good environment and help increase the chance of success.

Let the followers know they are working with you and NOT for you.
