Before the xmas break I took the reading and notemaking course with Lisa Faulkner.

The action points I have and will continue to implement are:

-Use of the Cornell Note-making system.

-Paraphrase/reformulate course content to be more assimilable to me.

-Read with a gage to answer the broad questions of my module, not just for the sake of it.

Before christmas I completed the workshop 'effective working strategies' with Gillian (Ceri) Marriot.

The key actions I will now use, and have been using, which I have taken from this are:

-Conforming to my VARK learning preferences in my learning.

-Use stories in order to memorise information.

-Use the rule of 1 study technique.
