start of the LE module

This week we going to have Paul's module again. After done two other module after PPE, I want to say I really missed Paul's course. I think I have used to this learning mode, which make me think a lot. In other module I have no time to think, I have keep listening to understand the teacher says the whole day, sometimes , especially the afternoon, I can not concentrate myself, I am so tried.

I think study the leadership and excellece module could expand my understand the EFQM. It makes me thinking. It is not an easy job to be a leader as I am used to thought.
