WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY?

_Is happiness the feeling of being by a friend,
When nothing seems to worry you..
Is it the sound of the lapping waves,
That travel from far and wide…
Or the laughter and giggles
At a mad house party?
Is it the sight of a chocolate chip icie on a 35degrees day,
… ooh I can almost see u drooling!
Is it the joy of winning in a race?
Or more so, watching the person you love, win?

Drop in a line – tell me what u think!

Nelson Mandela's biography

Title:
NELSON MANDELA: A Force for Freedom
Rating:
Not rated

Nelson Mandela is one of the world's most revered and popular figures, a man synonymous with the long, bitter struggle to rid South Africa of a racist regime and replace it with a multi-racial democracy. Today, he is seen as a symbol of world freedom, an ambassador for civil rights, a heroic liberator whose influence and image of moral integrity extend way beyond his homeland. Blessed with effortless charm, he leaves a lasting impression on anyone he meets. But the ready smile with which he greets children and adults alike masks a steely determination forged by decades of oppression.

This book chronicles the remarkable like of Nelson Mandela, from his childhood in rural Transkei to iconic statesman. Christina Scott brings a fresh and first-hand perspective to these landmark events and vividly conveys both the pain and the inspiration that have characterised the life of this remarkable man.
