Life in 7 days
Life in 7 days
Life is a circle, sunrise and sundown. Monday rolls towards Sundays.
Monday is the beginning of a new week and most people hate it. However I like Monday. As being refreshed by the weekend, I am ready and geared up for the work again. Also it is nice to be routine. On Mondays you will expect new tasks in the work. You don’t know what is waiting for you, what you will need to deal with, and who you will encounter in the week. There is so much uncertainty. So in a way it is exciting to start from Monday.
Tuesday is just normal. Neither is it the beginning nor is ending. Time may fly slowly, as there is a lot to work on and long to wait towards the weekend. The workload may start to increase.
Wednesday is right in the middle. You have settled into the week and not worn out too much. You adjust yourself, so everything seems to be in order and you are in the right mood. Research shows that Wednesday is a good day to ask your boss for a pay rise. So don’t miss out the opportunity, of course if you wish.
Thursday, the working week is almost over. You get thinking, okay, you can do this, only one more day!
Friday It seems that we have been waiting for ages and finally it comes. You are so looking forward to the weekend and want to end the week right now. That is possible the reason that we finish Friday one hour early than normal. Research shows that Friday is the good day to ask for favours or leaving early as people is more positive on Fridays than on any other days.
Saturday we are just relaxing. Don’t need to be woken up by the alarm and don’t need to dress up for the work. You would like to enjoy a lie down and have a late brunch. Saturday might not be very interesting as after the whole week of work, the house may be messy, and you may cumulate a lot of laundries. Shopping lists are long as well. So there is so much to do as it is Saturday.
Sunday, Party time. Now the house is tidy, laundry is done, and you do the shopping. It is time to invite friends over and have a nice meal together. Or you will have time to prepare a favourite dish for the family and have a great time together. Or if the weather is nice, take the children to the park and have a picnic. There is so much to enjoy as it is Sunday.
Moon rolls through the night-time till the daybreak comes around. Monday comes again.
You come back to where you are. Though life is in a circle, let’s enjoy it as much as you can. Every second is different, as
“There’s more to be seen than can ever be seen
More to do than can ever be done
There’s far too much to take in here
More to find than can ever be found”
