Pardon me?

Writing about web page http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/4742220.stm

I'm just in the grid reading some articles from BBC News Online…

I came across this article and was shocked to see the quote from James Ball, president of Gas Strategies Consulting:

"Not just Centrica but all of the gas retailers in this country have been charging their customers way less than they have been buying the gas for all this winter."

Pardon me? 'Way less'? What kind of language is this to use when talking to the BBC? The Queen might be reading this!

I expect more from the President of Gas Strategies Consulting. I feel he has personally let me down and I would like to see a vote of no confidence held as soon as possible.

    I've found another one

"She [Red Falcon] was coming across from the Isle of Wight and hit something called the links van, which obviously disembarks, embarks passengers, with some force, and the bow doors are significantly damaged."

    What?
