Night Fog

There was heavy still fog that night and everything looked seriously surreal. I wish I had a better camera and a tripod. I would crop it to remove the window on the left but I like to keep all my photos as they are, so there it is as I took it (just smaller).
Now explain in terms of the dry adiabatic lapse rate.
