Description: Finding a good cake in China is harder than you might think. Something to do with the flour generally used with the cakes. So it was nice to be able to pick up an attractive–looking chocolate cake from a little cake–shop inside a mall. It didn't taste too bad to be honest. It was a mouse–cake but thick to the point that it had the consistency of jelly. The top layer was very rich and thick, so a bit heavy on the pallette and stomach. But a nice treat when shared between two!
