End of a year.

Well, in four days I have to go home for the summer, and my first year here is over. I'm amazed, to say the least. In many ways the year has gone so fast, my head is still spinning, but in others, it feels like I've been here forever.

To say I've had a good year would be an understantment. One of many that I'm about to make. My course feels like it's custom made to my ideal specifications. I have some of the best tutors in the country, studying modules that are exactly what I have always wanted to do.

I say this a lot, I know, but it's something I can't help. Maybe it's a fault, but frankly I don't care, when I feel something, I have to say it. And I feel this a lot.

During Easter Tim wrote five compliments for all of us. I'm afriad I'm too tired to be creative, so I'm just going to write a sentance or so about each of my friends, to tell them just how much I love them. Sorry, but it's what I do. Put up with it!
(They're in alphabetical order, so no preference!)

Alex – I don't feel there is anything I can't tell this girl, and just as importantly, I don't feel there's anything she won't tell me. And that's more important to me than anything. She's kind, she's understanding, and she makes me smile.

Joe – there are few real gentlemen left in this world, but Joe is definatly one of them. Joe makes me feel like a lady, and that's something you don't find often! He's a solid friend, and an amazing guy.

Katy – Katy makes me laugh, shocks me, and makes my head spin! Katy's an individual if ever there was one, but completes the group. She quickly became a very good friend, who I wouldn't trade for anything.

Niki – this girl is always smiling, and that beautiful smile is infectious! Noone can feel miserable when she's around! I'd trust Niki with anything, and I'm proud that she counts me as a friend.

Sholeh – Sho, too, is always smiling, happy and welcoming. She's a central part of the group, and it's never complete without her.

Silke – what can I say?! Silke has introduced me to the world of – well, of Silke! To say she's one in a million is a major, major understatement, and I wouldn't be without her for anything in the world!

Tim – Tim too makes me laugh, and at the same time, once again, he's a gentleman. He's caring, thoughtful and hilarious. He's Tim!

Thom – As much as I might not want to admit it, Thom really does bring out the maternal instinct in me! I'm touched that he, however wierd it sounds, considers me his "mum". He is also one of the most intelligent people I've ever met, and has my upmost respect.

So there they are. The most amazing people in the world – in my opinion at least! :) Next year, we have a beautiful house, and it will be full of beautiful people, and I can't wait.

I love you all. Thank you – for everything.
