Discoveries
I've made two discoveries today, both of which I should have made a lot earlier on:
1) the path behind Rootes,
and
2) John Denver. My hero.

Yes!! annie’s song! and, dare I say it, sunshine on my shoulders (or is that just too hippyish?)
The geese seemed to be grazing peacefully, but they did move progressively closer to the bench I was reading on … now i only have one leg.
