The processes of carrying on the knowledge management

First step: awareness. Awareness is the first step in implementing knowledge management, the main task is to understand and combine the significance of assessing the knowledge management status. Help the company to understand the need for knowledge management and identify the correct direction and implementation method.

Second step: planning. The advance of knowledge management is a systematic project, in full recognition of business needs, based on the detailed planning is to ensure the implementation of knowledge management effect essential. This link is mainly through the status of knowledge management, knowledge type of detailed analysis of the combined business processes such as angles, knowledge management planning.

Third step: the pilot phase. This stage is a continuation of the second and practice, in accordance with the guidelines for the selection of appropriate departments and processes in accordance with planning based on knowledge management practices. Results from short-term management plan to assess the knowledge, combined with the pilot in the amendment of the problems. Difficulty: Select the appropriate departments for the pilot; knowledge system is established and knowledge management and strategy analysis; targeted action plan to upgrade.

Fourth step: promote and support the continued correction in the pilot phase of planning on the basis of knowledge management in large-scale enterprise promotion, in order to fully realize its value.

Fifth step: Institutionalization phase is the end of the implementation of knowledge management project; meanwhile it is a new beginning, but also a learning process. To complete this stage, companies must redefine the strategy and carry out organizational structure and business process reengineering, knowledge management and accurate assessment of the value achieved in the enterprise. On this basis, knowledge management will gradually evolve as part of their core competitiveness, and effectively promote the business development of each employee.
