Leadership

After the introduction week, if you ask me what the most important characteristic of leadership is, my answer is influence. I remembered there was a motto like this "A group of sheep led by a lion can defeat a group of lions led by a sheep." I think the reason is the influence. The real leader can influence others and allow others to follow them to pursue their goals. They has inspired people around them to help them toward their ideals, directions and achievements, they gave others the power of success. The concept of leadership must be clearly that man is the greatest resource. A good leader must continue to absorb more and more talented people to join his organization. Meanwhile, I think the leaders must have the ability to establish good relationships with others, care for others and learn how to talk with others to mobilize the enthusiasm of others and inspire other people's creativity.
