Knowledge sharing is the starting point of KM and plays an effective way to maximize the value of information. Knowledge sharing refers to the knowledge exchange and enables the knowledge spread from the individual experience to organization's level. In this way, the staff can obtain the methods and tools to solve the problems through the acquisition of organization knowledge. In turn, good methods and tools form the staff may proliferate in the enterprise to let more staff use to enhance the efficiency. In this process, the most basic prerequisite for the existence knowledge are the quality and quantity of knowledge. The best state of KM is let all members share knowledge in the enterprise. Knowledge sharing is not easy to achieve, and in practice people always want to obtain other¡¯s knowledge without providing their own knowledge. So the knowledge of employees is difficult to share or couldn¡¯t share completely become the most difficult issue in knowledge management.
