Details can determine success or failure

We had a professional presentation this Friday. Compared to the topic, I was impressed by lots of details. Such as stand up and bow, print the PowerPoint to give the board, use two hands to pass the documents, and answer the questions gently. At the moment, I want to say the details can lead to success. There are no small things in the world; the simple thing doesn¡¯t mean it easy to do. Therefore, we must make a great effort to do the little things, to do the small things meticulously. In the fierce market competition, who pays more attention to the details will come to grasp the source of innovation and grab the opportunities in the competition. The pursuit of greatness, but has no trace of the great; willing to take peace, earnestly every details can get the great. This is the charming of details, a surprise after the natural. There is a famous CEO named Zhang Ruiming from Haier company had a statement: What is not simple? A simple thing can be done outstanding is not simple; what is extraordinary? A common can be done beautifully is extraordinary. No matter what kinds of job I will choose, no matter what kinds of company I will establish, I will choose to focus on the details. I know it¡¯s a long way, but I¡¯ll try to learn this. Thanks for Team B_4 give me the feeling and opportunity.
