leadership challenge

today the exercise is very good, I bet if we went to scotland even more fun! pity the weather is bad bad, all to balme is the weather!

we spent most of the time to make clear what is the tasks we need to do, because only the leader had all the information. then we need to find the names in the map, totally disaster for me! I have poor sense of directions, when I try to find a place in a map I feel so headache. Last time I navigated my fiance when we travelled scotland I thought I improved my capability to read the map, but all I improved just the M5 and A38 such routes.poor me.

back to the exercise here, I think this game is very good,truly tested the leadership and followship within a team. most of time I prefer to be a follower, but sometimes I wish to lead the situation if I believe I have good ideas to offer.

afterall, indirect leader is better for me, coz I could offer ideas in the same time I dont need to stand in the front line.
