People and KM
Although, I believe that AM and KM are not the solution for all the challenges that organisations face today, if we are able to apply these two approaches effectively we can build an excellent organisation. I think that we should consider KM as an approach that encourage people to interact and communicate, indeed this require an effective leadership, but the focus here is on people. It is important giving the freedom to express their knowledge creatively otherwise our organisation will not be able to keep the pace of competition.
