Effective leadership start with the Chief Executive vision, he/she has to demonstrate a real involvement in the process towards excellence. Moreover, the senior managers have to understand that this journey is an ongoing process that is based on promoting activities aimed on the appreciation of people and their capabilities. Therefore, they must act ethically and with integrity, recognise people effort and achievement and encouraging team project and flow of idea within the company.

Relationships within an organization represent a priceless value that managers have to protect and promote. In order to promote an environment where employees can feel appreciated and respected, managers should promote activities such as, face to face meeting, doing so it is easier for them to understand the employees needs and, if necessary help them for overcoming their problem. In this environment, a culture of sharing knowledge and information will be automatically supported.
